Office For Youth

We collaborated with the Department of Education’s Office For Youth on the Australian Government Youth Engagement Strategy. Our team developed a compelling brand identity, design of the Strategy and its translations, and produced engaging photo and video content to aid in enhancing government interaction with young people. Together, we joined forces to foster meaningful youth engagement across Australia.

The Problem

The Problem

The Problem

Office for Youth required a contemporary brand and visual system that felt relevant, engaging and human – narrowing the gap between government communication and youth culture while reinforcing trust, inclusivity and approachability across diverse audiences and channels.

The Problem

Our solution was to develop a vibrant, confident identity that foregrounds youth voice and connection, using bold typography, energetic shapes and humanised forms to communicate impact, creativity and purpose. The system was designed to flex across strategy documents, digital platforms and multimedia content to build resonance with young people nationwide.

Project Details

The visual identity centres on expressive graphic elements and a bold typographic system that signals confidence and relatability without feeling institutional. Colour and shape were used sparingly but with strategic impact to draw attention, create hierarchy and express individuality – all while maintaining clarity and professionalism.

A suite of visual assets was designed for cross-platform flexibility, enabling cohesive applications across strategy materials, reports, photo and video content, social formats and environmental touchpoints. Stills and motion were captured to support engaging storytelling and amplify authentic youth expression. The combined system communicates inclusivity and creativity, helping to position Office for Youth as a trusted, contemporary platform for meaningful youth engagement and dialogue across government and community audiences.
