Huru needed to stand apart from traditional cessation brands that rely on fear or shame, while maintaining clinical credibility. The challenge was to create a brand that felt supportive, empowering and accessible to people at different stages of change.

The Problem

        Our solution was to establish a brand platform rooted in optimism and progress, using distinctive form, confident language and an intuitive visual hierarchy to communicate support without judgment. The system was designed to guide, reassure and motivate users through small, achievable steps.

The Huru brand identity centres on a custom logomark built from soft, reverberating curves, symbolising reduction, transition and forward movement. A flexible graphic language allows messaging to scale from educational content to campaign-led communication without losing clarity or warmth. Typography was selected to feel authoritative yet conversational, supporting a tone that is informative rather than directive.

The brand was designed to function seamlessly across digital platforms and physical applications, ensuring consistency at every touchpoint. Together, the system creates a recognisable, human-centred presence that supports behavioural change over time and positions Huru as a trusted, modern alternative within the healthcare space.
